Helpful cooking tips:

If you simmer fish with lemon and potato - it loses the strong fish taste and expands in size from frozen and also makes removing bones easy. Fry trout in butter for crispy delicious treat. 

Liver boiled twice in fresh water and lightly fried loses the strong taste and is tender

To make a nice stew - cook vegetables and meat separately and add the vegetables at the end - this way they do not get overcooked.
